If it wasn't so bloody tough, you might even call it fun.

The Outdoor Training Facility is part of the Exercise branch of Range of Motion. It is a custom built exercise facility set on five acres of the Perth Hills.

Our tools forge a hardened and unrivalled ability. Rocks, logs, sandbags, chains, ropes, sledgehammers, tyres, kegs, trees, barrels and hills.

We push, pull, leap, sprint, climb, flip, crawl, drag, swing, hit, throw and carry in the ways that evolution demands. Hard and fast.

And just like our cave dwelling ancestors, we grow strong and lean.

Our work is our play. We revel in the effort, bask in the reward, love every second.

Grimaces and grins - indistinguishable.

The OTF is run and operated by Dan Williams, Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Level One CrossFit Coach and Director of Range of Motion. One-on-one, small and large group training is conducted. We cater for everyone.

Testimonials

As a newby to OTF, I feel very welcomed, encouraged, positive that I can achieve the keg lifts, tyre flips and pretty much everything Dan put on the schedule. I enjoyed feeling extremely sore the next day and I am looking forward to coming regularly.
